    Interested in speaking at REFACTR?

    We accept submissions year-round. We review when planning new events and reach out when there's a fit.

    What we're looking for

    We welcome talks across the whole spectrum of tech and the people in it — from technical deep-dives and dev tooling to career growth, leadership, and community, as well as the topics that shape how we work and who gets to: mental health in tech, accessibility, governance, and ethics in AI.

    Talks are 25 minutes including Q&A. Casual, community-first. Whether you're a seasoned speaker or giving your very first talk, you're welcome here — we care more about a good story or a useful idea than a polished stage résumé.

    Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis. We'll reach out when your topic aligns with an upcoming event.
